The Football Village will be the preferred warm weather training location for UK and European Football teams. It is impossible at this stage to confirm exact dates but you will see some of the top European Teams training at the Village.

Phase One will involve 8 Football Clubs: Aston Villa FC, Bolton Wanderers FC, Manchester City FC, Leeds FC, West Ham United FC, Celtic FC, Sunderland FC, Newcastle United FC.
Are any Golf Celebrities involved?

What is the initial reservation deposit for an apartment?
The non-refundable reservation deposit is 3,000 euros (approx. £2,000).
How much more money is needed prior to completion?
30% of the purchase price is required 30 days after the reservation deposit has been put down. At this stage a private exchange of contract is signed. The remaining 70% is due on completion. For larger investors and early purchasers the terms are 20% at contract and 80% upon completion.
What financing is available for buyers?
A mortgage is available from the developer for 70 or 80% of the purchase price. Other financing options may be available based on status through other financial entities.
7% of IVA (Spanish equivalent of VAT) is subject to be returned as the apartments are classed as “Apartamentos Turisticos” (tourist apartments).
Is there a rental strategy in place?
A full rental management service will be in place via the Hotel Management Company. The Football Village Reception will host the on-site management team. Offers will be presented to the fans of The Football Clubs.
Can I resell the apartment before completion?
